Why is important to rinse the glass before pouring?

It cools the glass and keeps the beer cold and fresh longer.

Why the correct amount of foam is important?

The correct amount of foam keeps the sparkles, the bubbles and protects the beer from oxidation.

Do not touch the nozzle while pouring

If the nozzle touches the foam, it collapses. Also, the nozzle can transfer bacteria to the beer and a taste of iron.

Good luck!
